Summer Camps at hoffman Academy are back!
Fill out the registration form to sign up a student for one of our Summer camps. You’ll receive an invoice via email within 3 business days, once paid, your registration is complete!
Camps are $250 per student.
Receive a discount of $20 when you register by May 31!
Camps for Summer 2023
- Jumpstart Camp 1: June 26 – 30, 9am – 12pm
- Jumpstart Camp 2: July 10 – 14, 9am – 12pm
Jump Start Piano is a fun, interactive camp experience for kids with no prior piano training. Packed with learning, kids who complete the 5-day camp will emerge knowing how to play several songs on the piano with confidence, plus how to read basic rhythms and notes on the staff. No prerequisites, this camp is for beginners age 5 – 8 with no formal music education.
- Jazz 101: July 24 – 28, 10am – 1pm
Do you have a student that likes to make it up as they go? A student that loves chords and is fascinated by harmony? In this fun and interactive jazz camp, students will learn new ways to create, improvise, and make music with one another! Whether it’s playing the blues, learning new kinds of chords, or burning up the keys with some hot piano riffs, we’ll cover it in this camp! Taught by Downbeat Award winning jazz pianist Matt Sazima. This camp is for students age 9 – teen with 2+ years of piano education.
Camp Policies
Camp and Group Class enrollment cancelled 31 or more calendar days prior to the start date will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel 22-30 calendar days prior to the start of a camp or class, the total tuition is refundable minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel 15-21 calendar days prior to the start of a camp or class, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. If you cancel 8-14 days prior to the start of a camp or class, 30% of the tuition will be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to the start of camp or class, no refund will be given. All cancellation notices must be provided to the Academy office in writing – office@hoffmanacademy.com
The Academy reserves the right to cancel a camp or class if there are fewer than 4 students enrolled two weeks prior to the start of the workshop. If a camp or class is cancelled due to low enrollment, the Academy will provide a full refund. Makeups are not provided for missed camps or classes.
