Teachers
Hoffman Academy teachers love and respect students, motivate them, and inspire them to reach for a high standard of performance.
Only the best instructors
All of our instructors are carefully selected, have degrees in music and many are sought-after performers in Portland’s music scene. They undergo regular observation and training with Joseph Hoffman to stay up-to-date in the Hoffman Method. We perform background checks on each of our teachers in order to ensure their suitability to work with children.

What Our Students Say
I love the curriculum/teaching methods. I feel that the kids learn fairly advanced theory at a young age in an easy to understand format. Also, the teachers we've had have been amazing.
